Usage, safety and care

• The product has no COC, ABE and operating license; you may NOT be able to ride on public roads.
• Charge the battery fully before first use; if unused for extended periods, recharge at least once a month to maintain battery health.
• Battery damage can result from water immersion, collisions, or other abnormal factors; such damages are not covered under warranty.
• Delivery and shipping: the product is shipped primarily by sea due to lithium battery constraints, followed by local courier delivery. Expect 65–90 days for delivery depending on customs clearance, holidays, weather, and port conditions. Please place orders only if this timeframe is acceptable.
• Once at the local destination, UPS/FedEx/DHL or a trucking service will contact to arrange delivery; ensure shipping address and telephone number are correct to prevent returns.
• We perform a careful pre-shipment inspection; minor cosmetic bumps may occur during long transit. If any parts are damaged in transit, replacement parts can be sent on request.
