Return & Refund Policy
14-Day Right to Return You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Cushions, pads, and seating accessories
- Items that have been customised or made to order
- Items damaged through misuse
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds to Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later) If you paid using Klarna, your refund will be processed back to Klarna — not directly to your bank or card. Once we confirm your return, we will notify Klarna and your payment plan will be adjusted or cancelled accordingly. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for Klarna to update your account. If you have a payment due during this time, we recommend contacting Klarna directly to pause it while the refund is processed. Please contact us before raising a dispute with Klarna, as this helps us resolve your return as quickly as possible.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
