Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat-rate tracked shipping service of £6.99 on all orders, worldwide.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary by destination. As a guide:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Tracked Shipping

Large & Specialist Items
Some items (such as mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and stairlifts) may require specialist delivery. If your order requires a different delivery method, we will contact you to arrange this.
